This calling became even more meaningful through my mother, Desinette, who continues to inspire me every day. In her 60s, she enjoys living independently, and watching her navigate daily life has shown me how even the most capable individuals can benefit from a little extra support. Like many seniors, she values her independence, yet there are moments when reliable, compassionate assistance can make all the difference.

I also recognized a common misconception: many people believe concierge services are only for luxury hotels or those with significant financial means. In reality, support services like these are essential for everyday living, especially for seniors who wish to remain in their homes but may lack access to the resources needed to do so comfortably and safely.
