Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DoneVia Concierge. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About DoneVia Concierge

DoneVia Concierge is a Delaware-based concierge company providing personalized, non-medical support services, including:

  • Senior Concierge
  • Lifestyle Concierge
  • Business Concierge
  • Event Concierge
  • Home & Office Organizing Services

Our services are designed to provide convenience, organization, and professional assistance. We do not provide medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or licensed healthcare services.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided by DoneVia Concierge are estimates based on the information provided by the client.

Quotes may be revised if:

  • The scope of work changes
  • Additional services are requested
  • The project requires more time than originally anticipated
  • Information provided during the quote process is inaccurate or incomplete

A quote does not guarantee availability or create a binding agreement until accepted by both parties.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed only after acceptance by DoneVia Concierge.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments due to scheduling conflicts, staffing limitations, unsafe conditions, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring access to the service location at the scheduled time.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before services begin.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services.
  • Deposits may be required for certain projects or events.
  • Event services require a non-refundable booking deposit.
  • Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees where permitted by law.

DoneVia Concierge reserves the right to suspend or refuse future services for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits for event services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Ensure pets are secured when appropriate
  • Provide necessary access to the property
  • Disclose any hazards that may affect service delivery

DoneVia Concierge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Senior Concierge Services

Our Senior Concierge services are strictly non-medical.

We do not provide:

  • Medical treatment
  • Personal nursing care
  • Medication administration
  • Physical lifting or transferring of clients
  • Transportation requiring specialized medical assistance

Our role is to provide companionship, organization, errands, and general lifestyle support.

8. Event Concierge Services

Our Event Concierge services include coordination and logistical support before, during, and after an event. Unless specifically agreed in writing, DoneVia Concierge is not acting as the event planner or event producer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor performance
  • Venue policies
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Guest behavior
  • Food safety
  • Alcohol service
  • Entertainment performance

9. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors for your convenience.

DoneVia Concierge is not responsible for:

  • Vendor quality
  • Vendor delays
  • Vendor cancellations
  • Vendor pricing
  • Products or services provided by third parties

Any agreement between the client and a third-party vendor is solely between those parties.

10. Organizing Services

While we strive to organize spaces efficiently, clients remain responsible for decisions regarding the retention, disposal, donation, or storage of personal property.

DoneVia Concierge is not responsible for sentimental value or replacement of items discarded or donated with the client’s approval.

11. Business Concierge Services

Business Concierge services are administrative and operational in nature.

Clients remain responsible for all business decisions, legal compliance, accounting, employment matters, contracts, and regulatory obligations.

DoneVia Concierge does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advisory services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Delaware law, DoneVia Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoneVia Concierge, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the client’s misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or negligent or unlawful acts.

14. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and other materials, is the property of DoneVia Concierge and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

15. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related emails and text messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support communications.

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, you may receive newsletters, promotions, and special offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time or reply STOP to opt out of promotional text messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect essential service-related communications.

16. Force Majeure

DoneVia Concierge shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

19. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal discussions before pursuing legal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

DoneVia Concierge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
